Nice place specially the restaurants and Cafe on the coast

Nice beach for kids to play and overall a peacful place to spend quality time with your family along the sea... Pretty well maintained and reasonably clean...

Me and my wife went there during our transit tour by qatar airways and we absolutely loved it. The amount of stores with all kinds of artifacts, the restaurants, food corners, the styles of the store, everything blew us away. Our only wish was that we could have stayed their longer. The best part was the food options. You have so many kinds of kebabs, breads, desserts, and the price was very reasonable. We also got a souvenir from one of the places.

If you are in Qatar, you would’ve definitely visited Souq Waqif. A similar themed new SOUQ at Al Wakra with additions such as view of sea side, bigger parking area and calmness of almost no crowd makes it a better place. It has almost similar Cuisine options but relatively fewer shopping choices.

Connot compare with souq waqif... Shops are closed and waiting for their time to come... Beach side u can find dine in, and at the end a small play area for kids...

This is such a very beautiful place. A nice trip for the whole family. If you are there, you will feel like you have traveled in time and went back to the past. The place is just so gorgeous and classic. There are also wide-range of shops to visit.

Very Nice place near to Beach and to spend time with Family.

The expanse is ideal for evening walks. The beach, the dhows and the building gives a rustic ambience. Also the choice of dining, complete with sweet shops like Al-Aker makes the souq a must go place. Especially in winter. Lots of space for kids to play. Even though swimming isn’t possible the beach is open. Several small token shops are also open at certain times of the year.

Am awesome place in the city to spend in the evening, both for family and individuals. Best ambience of corniche with restaurants around.

Very nice visiting site. They made it in historical Arabic style. Different kinds of shops, many restaurants and stalls in a row. There is a beach also. You can find many mosques to pray. They are allowing ladies to pray also. So nice place to visit but in this summer season, even the nights are very hot. And because of coronavirus, have to show ehteraz app there

Great place to explore . Historical monuments. But due to COVID-19 most of the shops are closed . Would recommend Danat Al Bahar Fish BBQ restaurant . Worth a try , Amazing place

My living place

We really enjoyed going to the Souk today.. beautiful place for families with kids as there is a public beach with bouncy castle and trampoline, full of cafes and restaurants too. However, better to go there in the good weather periods in Doha..

Spring fest going on here... its too much enjoy for kids and elders.. many rides games and russian circus going on.. tommorow is last day for this fest.... if u r not visit ths fest go and enjoy with your family and friend... every rides and game have 10 riyal fees. And for circus 50 and 70 two types of tickits... in circus tiger and lion show also. Goast hurry hurry.. 4pm to 10pm fest and visit ftime...
